My wife says that we needed more kid-friendly amenities for the little ones.

Towels and aircon were a bummer, but the staff were lovely. Those skid marks in the loo though. yikes! At least the bed was comfy. Daughter had fun in her own room thanks to the surprise upgrade. Groceries super convenient. Not bad, not bad at all.

They even helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a basic kitchenette that had everything we needed. the staff also offered breakfast options, including a breakfast pack, which was convenient for us. the location was quiet and peaceful, yet still easily accessible to where we needed to go.

The bed was a bit hard, and the lounge room furniture felt a bit worn out and uncomfortable. It would be great if they could update the furniture for a more pleasant stay.

Just stayed near the airport for work. LOVED the comfy room & amazing service. the breakfast could be better than in photos. Would go back!

The serviced apartments provided great facilities including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. the location was practical as it was close to a shopping centre. the additional advantage was the salt water pool which helped me to relax after a long day of work.

The location was quite unattractive as it was sandwiched between a large shopping centre and another store. the shower over the bath was a bit slippery when wet, which was a concern for my safety.
