Convenient location, quiet & well-appointed, beautiful grounds, excellent value.

Nothing, it was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The facilities, such as the heated pool, were a great bonus. I enjoyed waking up to beautiful views from my balcony. it was a fantastic experience.

The stairs to the rooftop were a bit difficult to navigate, especially when it rained.

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable 4-day break at Raffles Mooloolaba Aparthotel. The pool and spa were fantastic, and I loved lounging on the comfortable sun-loungers. The undercover poolside BBQ and dining table were convenient for some delicious meals. The apartment was well-stocked with everything I needed, and the proximity to the beach and esplanade was perfect. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as I found a dead bug in the wardrobe and some on the window sill. Additionally, the double bed was too small, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable sleep.

Had an amazing time on our romantic escape to a quaint beachside hotel with wonderful self-contained apartments. The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the cafes and restaurants and even closer to the stunning beach. The sea and mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer which was a bonus.

The only minor downside was that we expected a spa as it was stated on their website, however, it was not in our bathroom. Nonetheless, it didn't impede our wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, playground, cafes, and restaurants. We also appreciated having Coles and a chemist nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully furnished, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Our ground floor apartment was spacious with two bathrooms and a lovely private courtyard. This made us feel much safer, especially with a young toddler. The underground car parks were also well-sized and spaced, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we've stayed in the past. we were very happy with our apartment and wished we had booked a longer stay!

There was honestly nothing to dislike about this place. Even though we were on the fourth floor and didn't have much of a water view, we understood that not everybody gets that privilege.
