Despite a mix-up with our room, the front desk staff at Ramada quickly rectified the situation and ensured our comfort. The restaurant staff were exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was not only delicious but also affordable. The location of the hotel, near the beach, was a definite highlight.

We loved the pool area with its mix of sun and shade, perfect for us old people. The staff were all really friendly, making us feel right at home.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel surrounded by lush green nature. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and accommodating with excellent service from the bell staff/porter. Our room was spacious and had everything we wanted, including free Wi-Fi. The outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing, and the pool provided us with a refreshing break. The restaurant's food was delicious, and we were also pleasantly surprised by the cocktails, a perfect way to end our evenings.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada. The location of the resort was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful 4-mile beach. The room was comfortable and conveniently located near the restaurant, pool, and laundry. The staff were friendly and quick to fix any issues, like the problem with our in-room safe. The bar and dining area had a lovely open style surrounded by lush jungle-like landscaping. I would highly recommend this resort.

Surrounded by lush greenery and water features, the atmosphere here is serene. The coffee cart in reception serves excellent coffee, and the swim-up bar is a great feature. The shuttle bus provides easy access to town. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms add to a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and just outside of the center of town. This allows for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a high standard of cleanliness provided daily. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

The constant sales pitches can be quite annoying, especially after a long day of traveling. They should allow guests to check-in without bombarding them with unnecessary information.

parking was scarce and not enough for all the guests. Finally, breakfast was average and lacked variety, with some of the food being below standard.

The facilities available to us were absolutely incredible - a jaw-dropping gym, mind-blowing reading library, super refreshing pool, and a restaurant and bar that exceeded all expectations. The lagoon pool was a dream come true, with relaxing shaded areas and a perfect water temperature. The swim-up bar was a hit, and being able to watch sport while sipping on a drink was a fantastic experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast buffet with its mouthwatering pancakes. The entertainment and screening of the Rugby World Cup added an extra level of excitement to our stay. The customer service from the staff was top-notch, with polite and professional interactions. The location of the resort was ideal, allowing for scenic walks to town and easy access for day trips to amazing destinations like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. The resort's assistance with planning day tours was greatly appreciated. Parking could get a little tight in the evenings, but the ample overflow parking solved that issue. Our room, a luxurious king room, was a true delight - clean, spacious, and equipped with a much-appreciated all-in-one washer/dryer. this venue was absolutely marvellous and we can't wait to return.
