During my recent business trip to Hervey Bay, I had the pleasure of staying at Riviera Resort, chosen by our director. the hotel's peaceful atmosphere extended to its recreational facilities, including a sauna, outdoor pool, spa, children's playground, and pool. the location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, enhancing my overall experience.

A minor issue arose when the drier in our room emitted a Smokey smell, making it impossible to dry our clothes after a day at Fraser Island.

The spacious 3, bedroom apartment was a cozy haven, and the pool area was our daily chill spot. Cons: the car park was tighter than a reef knot, and the bedroom air, con situation had us feeling like we were in a sauna. .

our recent stay in hervey bay was delightful, and riviera resort truly exceeded expectations. location was perfect with the esplanade at our doorstep, a heated pool, and spacious apartment.

washing machine only worked sometimes.

Finally found my Zen in the temperature controlled swimming pool. Fabulous beach for family water activities. Enjoyed the balcony view. Went on a fun tour. Fascinated by the north facing balconies.

Loved hearing my neighbors above me and the windy weather, truly unforgettable!

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, as it is just across the beach, providing breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and sea. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed the spacious sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The free wi-fi in rooms was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Lastly, the leisure facilities were exceptional, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. This hotel truly knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook delicious meals. The pool area was beautiful and the pool itself was heated, making it perfect for relaxation. This resort is ideally located, just a short walk to shops and right across from the beach. It doesn't get any better than this. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met, even arranging for early check-in. Plus, trolleys are available to help with luggage. With such convenient facilities and a prime location, you'll have everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

The pool was great, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views from our balcony every morning. the washer and dryer in the unit were very useful.

The hotel was getting old, and some appliances were not functioning correctly, like the dishwasher. We also had issues with the spa, and the chemical smell was overpowering, affecting our health.
