Everything was spot on.

Great views from the room and breakfast room, and the location was in the heart of the region, which meant it was easy to get around and see all the sights. The hosts were quite friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included in the stay.

We were looking for a romantic escape and were disappointed to find that the inside of the hotel looked quite dated. The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations quite clearly.

Excellent location, short walk to town center, stunning property with exquisite garden. Welcoming hosts, made us feel at home. Delicious breakfast with homemade fruit compotes, top quality bacon, eggs, tomato, and specially made sausages. Our go-to place in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. Jane and Keith, our hosts, were incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on places to visit. They made us feel so welcome and were generous with their hospitality, even offering us sherry/port in the lounge area. The cooked breakfast they provided was fresh and absolutely delicious, with a fantastic selection of jams to choose from. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden, which was well maintained. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had lovely toiletries. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants only a short drive or walk away. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
