Surrounded by plants, this property offers a peaceful retreat from busy Kandy. The landlady is extremely helpful and speaks perfect English. Delicious homemade breakfast served at any time by a friendly gentleman. Spacious rooms with a terrace and beautiful garden. Clean, larger bathroom compared to other guest houses in Sri Lanka.

The house is beautiful, owners helpful, provided clothes when luggage was lost, spacious bathroom, terrace for breakfast, delicious and abundant breakfast.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I stayed in a room with a balcony and large bathroom, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Surrounded by greenery, this hotel is located in a quiet area up the hill from the center of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the breakfast provided was delicious.

No improvements needed, everything was okay.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay at a charming colonial mansion up the hill. The owners were welcoming and helpful with tips on navigating the city. The breakfasts were delicious and had a great Sri Lankan flare. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the surrounding greenery. A peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle.

The road leading to the house was steep and narrow, so it was a bit of a challenge for our driver to find the place. The room could use some updating, especially the bathrooms.
