I recently stayed at Sun Beach in Santa Ponsa for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel is excellent, with bars, restaurants, and the beach just seconds away. Miguel, the staff member, was incredibly inventive and made our stay enjoyable. The apartments are lovely, with a patio area and a perfect view of the beach and strip. The size of the apartments is decent, and they have been completely renovated. It's great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was no noise from the strip. The pool is a good size and clean, and the best part is that it's not overly busy. Everything you need is close by, including supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and restaurants. The shower in the rooms is strong and nice, and the staff, especially Toni, were kind and polite.

We had a great stay at a hotel with a fantastic location. the room was spacious and even had a fully equipped kitchen. Being close to the party area and beach was a big plus. the bed was huge and super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the apartment cool at all times. the view from our terrace was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved being just a short walk away from the beach. the modern bathroom with a rainshower added to our overall satisfaction. the staff at reception were friendly and always ready to assist us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santa Ponsa. The location was perfect, right in the center with everything I needed at my doorstep. The value for money was great, especially considering the basic amenities provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with our own sun beds and a spacious terrace. I also appreciated having a flat-screen TV with English channels. The attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained facilities.

The internet connection was poor and expensive, only allowing one person to use it with limited connection. the noise level from other guests was also a problem at night, making it difficult to sleep.

My stay at Sun Beach was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, from a hair dryer to a microwave. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - just a few minutes away from the beach and close to the center. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living/dining room was a real bonus, especially on cooler nights. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The option to store luggage in the luggage cupboard after check-out was convenient, allowing me to explore without carrying bags around. Although I didn't get to use the pool due to the winter months, I suggested to the hotel to consider a heated pool during this time. I had a lovely stay at Sun Beach and would definitely recommend it.

The location is great, just a 3 minute walk to the beach and close to shops and places to eat. The flatscreen TV in the room is large with lots of UK channels, perfect for a cozy night in. The view from the balcony is stunning, overlooking Santa Ponsa, the beach, and the bay.

The service from the staff was not welcoming and they didn't offer any assistance with our luggage upon arrival.

We loved the fact that they provided all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, kettle, microwave, and TV. the staff were excellent and friendly, and the pool area was perfect, with everything kept very clean. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and taxi ranks. We also appreciated the little welcome pack that was provided in the room.

The need to wake up early to secure a lounger at the swimming pool, as some guests would leave towels on the beds and not use them all day. the availability of shower rooms on the day of check-out was also poor, as there was only one made available for multiple customers.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
