The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the Twin Towers and linked to a beautiful park perfect for jogging. The rooftop sky bar offers stunning views of the city, especially at night, and serves a delightful happy hour. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The check-in process could be a bit slow during peak times.

The room was spacious with a nice bathtub and awesome views of the city. The swimming pool area on the 33rd floor was perfect for a rainy day swim. Plus, the park nearby was a pleasant escape for a stroll.

the check-in was a nightmare, I stood there for 30 minutes while 2 staff seemed to be on a leisurely tour. the only redeeming quality was the nice view, which almost made me forget the freezing showers with the broken air-conditioning, too bad no one offered me a welcome gift for my troubles. I just couldn't with this place.

Our stay was lovely with a room that had a proper bed for our daughter and a desk. The club package offered us a nice quiet lounge with views of the Petronas Towers. Location was top-notch, right across from the mall!

The pool was in the bar area, which closed early—talk about a pool party buzzkill! Plus, no kids allowed? What’s a family getaway without splashes?

the location is super convenient, right next to KLCC and the twin towers. the rooftop bar has a sick view for night chillin. breakfast has a lotta options and the staff were really chill and helpful. overall, its a decent stay if ur looking for a good spot in the city. rooms are comfy with good AC.

but the check-in process was a bit of a hassle and the amenities weren't really what you'd expect for a 4-star hotel.
