the staff provided excellent customer service and the rooms were spacious and clean. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the bar/lounge area had a nice ambience. the location right on the Gold Coast airport was super convenient, especially for those with early flights. the Aboriginal art on the walls added a unique touch to the hotel's decor.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation. It would be beneficial to have reserved car spots staying multiple nights, especially during busy events like the Cooly Rocks On festival.

The soundproofed rooms were perfect and we didn't hear any noises. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, and the leisure swimming pool was perfect for relaxing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, being able to walk to the airport terminal at any time. the rooftop bar provided a great setting for drinks and dinner, with reasonably priced meals and a lovely ambiance. the modern décor, friendly staff, and good breakfast selection also added to a positive stay. It would be nice to have some improvements in the serving sizes of meals and the quality of the coffee machine.

We had a great stay at Rydges. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff at the reception were efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The convenience of being located right outside the entrance of the airport was a major plus. The soundproof rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, with no disturbance from planes. The brand new courtesy vehicle provided a smooth ride to our next flight. Free parking vouchers for the airport were offered, which made parking hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to make our stay special. They even gave us a free room upgrade and complimentary drinks for my husband's birthday. The room was clean with a huge and very comfortable bed. The hotel's location was very convenient for our early morning flight.
