Great location, close to shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was comfortable and had a good-sized bathroom with separate bath and shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

No music player in the room, no pool or spa, and the TV remote didn't work well from the bed. The menu at the restaurant was not very adventurous.

We loved this place for its amazing location in the city centre, close to everything we wanted to do on the weekend. The bustling CBD area was just a short stroll away from here. We also appreciated that our room was away from the hot food area, making it quieter. The customer service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. From room service to the bell staff/porter, everyone assisted us in a kind proactive manner. Everything was clean and tidy, and the room amenities were outstanding. We had everything we needed, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, to name a few. The in-room safe was also a nice bonus.

This venue exceeded our expectations, proactively providing many services, such as shops/commercial services, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and a leisure/tv room. The Wi-Fi worked great, and we appreciated the free luggage storage.

This hotel was great value for money. The location was perfect, right in the bustling CBD area and close to Amber restaurant downstairs. The king size bed was perfect for our family of 4 teenage children. The large bathroom was a plus and breakfast included would have been even better for the value.

Stayed at Rydges for a few nights and had an amazing experience. the location was perfect, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Opera House. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby with lots of food options. We even found a great Chinese noodle store downstairs that we couldn't get enough of.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The staff responded quickly when we had trouble with the Wi-Fi password. Despite the lack of a view from the balcony, the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Rydges for a convenient stay in the city.

Had a good-sized room that could fit four people. Location was , everything was within walking distance including the theatre. the front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The bathroom had a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. the food we ordered was cold and not properly cooked.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great area, accessible to all parts of the city within walking distance. It was perfect for my company visit. I loved being close to China Town, Darling Harbor, and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and tidy, and the separate shower and bath were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was decent, providing a good start to the day. a comfortable stay with great location and amenities.
