The hotel is located in a very quiet area, especially on weekends, which ensures a peaceful stay for families with kids. The rooms are comfortable, with great beds and pillows, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom is modern, equipped with a double head shower which provides a luxurious experience. The service is excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast, although basic, is adequate and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has a good bar and restaurant, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal or drink.

The water pressure in the shower can be sporadic at times.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location is just perfect, nestled in a nice area with free bus transport into the city, and very close to the magnificent King's Park. The service here is next to none and the staff from every single staff member on check-out was friendly and welcoming. The room amenities are also superb, from the ironing facilities to the soundproofed rooms. We also enjoyed the wonderful leisure entertainment facilities, including the free Wi-Fi and fitness centre.

This venue could do with some customer service training, but we would recommend it for everyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent hotel facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the botanical garden and within walking distance to a great restaurant around the corner. Additionally, transportation options were easy to access, making it convenient to explore different areas of the city. Hard to not recommend everything about this place!

Nothing it is perfect.

We had a great time exploring the area around the hotel and loved the complementary city bus that stopped nearby. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and even offered us a complimentary late checkout on the day of our departure. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the complementary tea and coffee.

While the location was convenient, we had trouble finding a decent dinner spot nearby. the breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming and we had to ask staff to restock some of the items.
