During my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, I had an amazing experience. The location of this place was a little far from everything, but it was definitely worth it because it overlooked a beautiful hill. The surroundings were very nice and provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful the entire visit, from the reception to the grounds people and spa personnel. They were always there to assist and ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The service, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry, was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was a great convenience.

We were initially concerned about the pool access fees, but the helpful staff at Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa quickly resolved the issue and granted us access to the pools. And boy were we glad they did! The pools were absolutely fantastic and provided the perfect end to our city breaks. The pool bar and restaurant were also top-notch, with excellent service from the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, although we would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast spread was incredible, especially the selection of nuts and fresh fruit. The hotel had a very relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, and the attention to detail was superb. The wellness area and hydromassages were a definite highlight. We also loved the historical charm of the hotel, which has been well-maintained with modern spa facilities. despite some minor drawbacks, our stay at Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We would highly recommend it to others seeking a peaceful getaway.
