rydges, too, was lovely. friendly staff, spacious room with beautiful water views. perfect for kids and relaxing. fantastic food options, great pool and spa, and convenient location near shopping. beautiful gardens and comfy beds. a relaxing and enjoyable getaway for the whole family.

we had a pleasant experience at rydges, with a comfortable bed and great pool access. the outdoor dining areas offered stunning views. the friendly staff were accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. room service seafood pasta was delicious, and breakfast at the restaurant was satisfying.

Sails Resort is a modern and well-positioned hotel on the water's edge, offering a perfect location close to shops and a shopping center. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is attentive, making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. The restaurant enjoys a pleasant setting with a view, and the food is delicious, including sensational oysters and tasty lamb. The pool is refreshing, and the kids had a great time swimming, despite the water being a little cold. a fantastic resort with great facilities and a memorable experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which was the worst we have ever been served. The thick, yucky mayonnaise and rubbery fritters were not appealing at all.

The sitting area was comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning worked well. this place provided excellent quality service that made our stay comfortable and luxurious.

The bar staff at Rydges were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really made an effort to ensure that I had a great time during my stay. Their positive attitude and genuine happiness made me feel right at home.

While the restaurant in the facility was expensive and provided poor service, there were plenty of other dining options nearby. I would recommend exploring other restaurants in the area during your stay.

The pool area was great, especially for the kids. They had a blast splashing around and making new friends. the riverside location added a calming touch to our Christmas vacation. the kids loved fishing off the jetty and even got to use the kayak, although it would have been better if there were more available.

The whole place had an old hotel feel to it. the rooms were nothing special and the mattress had springs poking through.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the river that we had from our room. It was so relaxing to sit by the pool and take in the view.

The soundproofing between the rooms was poor, and we were affected by noises from the neighboring room. We could hear every conversation they had and even their phone calls.
