Colin & Rosemary were delightful hosts, the three-course dinner was a highlight, and the private spa overlooking Pittwater was a serene retreat. the tranquility of the island setting, combined with the attention to detail and homely meals, made for a memorable experience. Exploring nearby Browns Bay and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with my granddaughter added a special touch to our family bonding time. the only slight challenge, a charming ferry commute, became a part of the adventure.

We had the most relaxing and peaceful retreat at a beautiful location. Our hosts made us feel right at home and the food was incredible. The view of Pittwater was breathtaking and we enjoyed kayaking and bush walking. I highly recommend this hidden paradise for a perfect getaway.

The rooms are comfortable with amenities such as a private bathroom and air conditioning. The breakfast and dinner provided are delicious and plentiful. the island offers opportunities for activities such as kayaking and swimming.

It can be inconvenient to rely on public transport or park far away from the ferry to the island.

Ferry ride was great. Friendly couple running the place. Enjoyed the home-cooked meals. Room was comfortable and had necessary amenities.

Our stay at Scotland Island Lodge was absolutely perfect. The room with the little deck and spa bath was delightful, and the furnishings and linen were beautiful. Rosemary and Colin were very welcoming and the meals they prepared were sensational. They thought of everything, with thoughtful touches like chocolates in our room and beach towels for a picnic. The island itself is a relaxing and picturesque place to visit. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
