I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel near Theme Park. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location alongside Sea World was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the attractions.

I have no negative comments about this hotel. I would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the theme parks.

The location, staff, breakfast buffet, and waterpark were amazing! The pool, water slides, and Japanese restaurant were fabulous. Excellent service when our son got injured. Pram rental availability was great.

The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to fix any issues we had. The location was excellent, with easy access to SeaWorld. The facilities and food options were also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a great family vacation.

Reception staff were unhelpful, continuously saying "it's not our problem.

The pool was enjoyable and the theme parks nearby were a bonus. The staff, although busy, were great. The rooms were sufficient and the breakfast buffet was good. The lifeguards were attentive and the overall service was excellent. Cheyanne at the lobby bar provided wonderful service and was especially great with the kids.

Terrible communication between housekeeping and reception, resulting in our room not being ready on both occasions. the room was not up to standard with cleanliness issues and outdated facilities.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all great, very helpful and courteous. We loved that this place is family-friendly, with lots of amenities for the kids to enjoy. The dolphin training session exclusive to guests was a highlight, and the discounted tickets to the nearby Theme Park were a great bonus. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we felt very safe with the vigilant lifeguards always around. The rooms were tidy and had a beautiful view of the city. we had a fantastic experience here and would recommend it to everyone.

Couldn't fault

We loved our stay at Sea World Resort! The staff were amazing and the location was perfect for our little family. Being right next to Sea World made it easy to move between places. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was phenomenal, and the pool area was a hit with the kids. Thank you for a perfect experience!
