The room at Nautica Residences was like a dream come true! So spacious and comfy, with a kitchenette that saved the day. I felt like I could live there forever, totally at home.

The smell of curry in the room wasn't my favorite, but maybe you won't mind it.

My recent stay at Nautica Residences was exceptional. The location was perfect for me as I prefer not to drive in the city. Being able to leave my car in the secure parking and use Uber to get around was so convenient. The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed, a nice kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. I had a great experience at Nautica Residences and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with spotless rooms and a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was perfect, being close to restaurants, the Fremantle market, a coffee shop, and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and the hotel facilities, such as the laundry room, were well-maintained.

This place is in a great location, close to everything. It's within walking distance to the Swan river and there is a large supermarket just opposite. The apartment allocated to us was well equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in. The free secure parking was a bonus, and we didn't hear much traffic noise despite being close to a main intersection.

The access to the property was not well signposted, requiring temporary stairs.

Check-in was complicated with confusing instructions for locating the building and keys. the after-hours emergency line failed to answer queries.
