I recently stayed at the Shangri-La in Sydney for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and plush bedding. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the view of the Opera House from my room was stunning.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the CBD and a short walk to The Rocks. The spacious rooms are very clean and well-appointed. The hotel offers stunning views of the harbour and CQ, making it one of the best in the world. The large bed was extremely comfortable for a good night's sleep. The overall experience was made even more special with a welcome champagne and an upgrade for our honeymoon.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We felt free to seek any assistance we needed, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great room facilities, including a pool and fluffy towels. Accommodated the needs of our small children. Housekeeping's notes were a lovely touch. Excellent location for exploring the city and public transport.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, offering unparalleled panoramas of the city. the staff at the concierge desk were quick and attentive, personalizing our trip and providing excellent service. Additionally, the swimming pool was beautiful, providing a great place to relax and cool off.

The breakfast experience was chaotic and underwhelming, with stressed and inefficient waitstaff failing to meet customer needs. the hotel itself appeared outdated and in need of renovation, lacking the luxurious feel that is expected for the price.

I had the best night with a brilliant view at Shangri-La. The staff on arrival were fantastic, welcoming us back after dinner. The panoramic views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House were amazing. The late check out was perfect and the valet service was fabulous. The bed felt comfortable at first and the view out of the window was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, just a short walk from Circular Quay. Our executive suite on level 29 had an incredible view of the Opera House. The amenities in the room exceeded our expectations, especially for a business traveler.

The views from my Premier Sydney Harbour Room were amazing and the spacious bathroom had a powerful shower. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of the harbour and botanical gardens. The staff were friendly and gave me a complimentary bottle of Champaign for my anniversary stay.
