Loved the spacious Grand Premier room with stunning views of the harbor bridge and Opera House—it made our stay feel extra special. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa treatments, which were perfect for unwinding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, but it would be nice if they’d offer more healthy options. 😉

The lobby experience was something else we had to wait quite a long time to check in but the staff was attentive and welcoming. I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort as I sipped a drink at the top-level bar while absorbing the stunning views. it actually reminded me of those moments just before everything changed in my life when you savor the little things.

It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the location, it was somewhat acceptable.

The Executive Opera House City King room offered stunning views and exceptional comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The homemade preserves at breakfast were a delightful touch and added a personal flair to the meal. However, communication issues with the Blu Bar were frustrating, especially regarding the complimentary drinks. Check-in took longer than expected, and although the staff was generally friendly, the service during the tapas experience in the Boy Bar left much to be desired.

shangri-la had an exceptional deluxe harbor bridge king room. the views of the opera house and harbor bridge were breathtaking! the quick check-in and helpful staff made everything smooth. we also loved the spacious gym and the incredible dining options nearby. plus, receiving a bottle of champagne was a delightful surprise, making our special occasion even better.

Ideal choice for a short weekend trip in Sydney with outstanding value. The hotel staff was quick to provide extra towels when requested, which made our stay more comfortable. Make sure to check out the amazing views from the top bar, it's worth it!
