The parking layout at the hotel is a bit strange, with guests having to drive out of the premises after checking in and then re-entering.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was spot-on, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the stunning pool area with a Hawaii vibe. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with direct access to the beach and a convenient over-head pedestrian walk bridge out front, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants in the marina.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible beachfront hotel in Seychelles. The location was just perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel's veranda, facing a beautiful garden, offered a breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. The beach was just a few steps away, and I could even take the sunbeds onto the sand. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host made sure all our needs were met, even driving me to an ATM. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we had the option of enjoying dinners at the hotel or exploring the restaurants along the beach. it felt like staying in a friend's luxurious beach house rather than a hotel.

We loved the fantastic location near the Giants ballpark and the stunning views of SF Bay and all around the city from our room. Being close to the booming Mission Bay development and the new Warriors basketball stadium was a big plus. The hotel's proximity to the Embarcadero, Business district, and South of Market made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was great and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even escorting us to meet a lost Uber Eats driver late at night. The modern amenities were a delight, and having a small grocery store nearby was very convenient.

This place is top-notch! The pool and swim-up bar are great for adults, while the direct beach access is perfect for the kids. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free parking is an added bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel, with easy access to the beach, was perfect for my holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Sheraton for a memorable stay.

As non-drinkers, it's usually challenging to find suitable alternatives, but the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. The service was exceptional, and it made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding attention to guest satisfaction.

The location of the resort is great, with easy access to a nearby shopping centre. Additionally, the resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens and pools, providing a serene atmosphere. The Terrace restaurant offers a delicious seafood buffet for a reasonable price. Furthermore, the room was spacious and offered a stunning view. The staff provided attentive service throughout our stay. However, the gym did not meet our expectations, as it seemed outdated and worn.

The bathroom/shower combination was a disappointment, not as advertised.
