We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a stunning view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were some cleanliness issues, with the lounges and carpet not being particularly clean.

Beautiful rooms, spacious pool area, and lovely rooftop bar. Small inconvenience with balcony smoking policy, but otherwise maintained value and ensured no health risks. Conveniently located near the mall and free parking. Amazing facilities in the apartment and hotel, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great value for money and will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Upon check out, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly housekeeping staff. They apologized for the confusion and even offered me a free late checkout. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the effort they made to rectify the situation.

My stay at Skye Hotel was amazing! I was in Sydney for leisure and stayed for a week. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the Westfield mall and plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our check-in experience pleasant. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel itself was stunning. I didn't get a chance to try the rooftop bar or pool, but they looked incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenience.

Our Easter stay was enjoyable with two complementary services that made our experience extra comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located near public transport and shopping centres making it easy to get around. One major advantage was the gym facilities available in the hotel, giving us the opportunity to keep our fitness routine in check.

We were disappointed to be charged a daily fee for parking throughout our stay. the noise from the surrounding area was quite loud and disturbing, making it difficult to relax and rest adequately.

The sun terrace and garden area were perfect places to relax while enjoying the stunning surroundings. The room itself boasted an array of exclusive advantages, with private facilities that provided comfort at the highest level. The bar and lounge area, along with the snack bar, were convenient places to unwind after a day of exploring the location's advantages.

Despite the luxurious experience, there was just one minor issue. The room phone seemed to be for decoration only, as no one answered it despite several attempts throughout my stay.

The staff were professional and provided first-class service. The hotel rooms were clean and the layout was excellent. The location was convenient, near Westfield and within walking distance to amenities. The room service was friendly and efficient.
