The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated, and the dining room served delicious breakfast meals. The bar area was cozy, and the cocktails were amazing. Plus, the view from the top floor was breathtaking, especially during the night.

The housekeeping service wasn't up to scratch - we had to ask three times for conditioner, and our towels were not replenished. , the service at the restaurant was poor, we couldn't get a drink, and they didn't have any towels in the pool.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest smiles of the staff. We were very impressed with how they treated us like royalty and was always attentive to our needs. Our room was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities such as fluffy bathrobes and soft pillows that made us feel very luxurious. What we loved most was the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which was well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant was amazing, and the food was delicious. The bar/lounge area was also great, with a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located, so close to Hindley street where you can find a variety of restaurants. It's also in the centre of the bathroom, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself is tastefully furnished with comfortable wide bed and a padded bench in front of the window, providing great views over the city. The in-room dining experience was enjoyable, with a special meal prepared upon request.
