The suite was beautifully designed and comfortable, though the bed could have been better. Despite a few drawbacks, like the pool's cleanliness, overall I found it an enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as it boasts an excellent location, making it easy to walk to everything in the city. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room was beautifully appointed, offering a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. the staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall warm vibe of the place. The breakfast in the Garcon Bleu restaurant was good, with great quality food and coffee.

The bed at Sofitel was amazingly comfortable, and the room was immaculate. the staff left a thoughtful birthday message, personal note, and chocolates, creating a lovely experience. the pool setting was enjoyable despite being small.

The amazing concierge staff brightened our stay, especially for my kids. The location in the CBD was ideal, and being able to enjoy delicious Toby Estate Coffees on-site was a highlight. Despite a few flaws, the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds made it a pleasant stay.

On my escapade in this city, I found a spot that had a huge comfy bed with a view of the lively streets. the morning feast was yum and they catered to my picky taste buds. the bar had a vibe that made me feel posh and relaxed, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. the staff were cool, but boy, the shower pressure was a letdown. Nonetheless, a solid spot for a short getaway. Cheers to that!

Great breakfast and dinner. the staff at the premier restaurant felt as warm and welcoming as coming home to a family feast after a long journey. The chef's creations were more delicious than grandma's secret recipes and left me dreaming of the next meal. Cons: Limited room for improvement.

We stayed at Sofitel for 4 nights on a family trip. Our 21st-floor room had stunning city views, stylish furnishings, and a comfy bed. the in-room dining options were excellent, with tasty breakfast and a special vegetarian dinner request catered to.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a vibrant strip and within walking distance to the river and restaurant district. the breakfast was delightful, with a great selection and a friendly staff member overseeing the dining experience. Improvement could be made in the room service efficiency and overall staffing levels to ensure a smoother guest experience.

stayed at Sofitel for 4 nights, a lovely home away from home. the room decor was amazing, breakfast delicious. Housekeeping was generous and attentive. Ordering meals on iPad with exact delivery times was convenient.

The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated, and the dining room served delicious breakfast meals. the bar area was cozy, and the cocktails were amazing. Plus, the view from the top floor was breathtaking, especially during the night.

The housekeeping service wasn't up to scratch - we had to ask three times for conditioner, and our towels were not replenished. the service at the restaurant was poor, we couldn't get a drink, and they didn't have any towels in the pool.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest smiles of the staff. We were very impressed with how they treated us like royalty and was always attentive to our needs. Our room was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities such as fluffy bathrobes and soft pillows that made us feel very luxurious. What we loved most was the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which was well-maintained and very clean. the restaurant was amazing, and the food was delicious.

this was only a minor issue, and it didn't affect our overall stay at the hotel.
