stayed at a lovely motor inn in shepparton for crab fest & southgate exceeded expectations. exceptional room, fantastic shower, comfy bed. lovely private courtyard for sunshine relaxation.

The room was spacious and very clean, even though the walls were whisper-thin—I could practically join in next door's conversation! the door to my room seemed to have a mind of its own, but I've never had to barricade with a suitcase before—a new experience, for sure. the motel staff were friendly, which made up for the soccer hooligans' late-night antics. Overall, not a dull moment, and the shower was a spa-like surprise. Cheers to unpredictable adventures!

we stayed at Southgate Motel, and it was a nice experience. the room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with a comfy bed. easy to find with convenient ground floor rooms and parking right outside.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to McDonald's on the main street, making it easy to find. It is also close to a shopping plaza and adjacent to the town center. The proximity to the event we attended was perfect, and we have already made a reservation to stay again next year. The room was modern, clean, and relaxing with all the necessary amenities. The private courtyard was a pleasant surprise, offering a large and tranquil space.

The lack of insulation in the walls caused some disturbance as a light sleeper, with noise from neighboring rooms and outside activities being audible.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience. The location was great, as it was right next to a McDonald's on the main street. The service provided by the staff was also noteworthy. The room was well-maintained by the housekeeping and the laundry facilities were available on site. The heating and air conditioning, along with the tea and coffee facilities, were perfect in providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the balcony area was perfect to enjoy the surroundings and the garden furniture added to the charm.

Despite a minor issue with the room payment, it was quickly resolved, and overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was okay in some aspects. They provide complimentary daily cleaning of the room and fresh towels. the location was good, close to some attractions and places to eat. They had a decent parking area which is a plus for those traveling with a car.

My experience at this hotel during Christmas wasn't the best. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as cutlery and plates, making it difficult to enjoy my breakfast.

Fantastic layout, immaculate facilities, comfortable bed, hot water, good value for money.
