such a charming location, but sadly ruined by the almost non-existent hot water and the lack of any proper toiletries. also, why must I manage three keys to get to a postage-stamp-sized room? i almost considered giving this hotel a decent review, but the staff showed zero concern for my comfort or a simple complimentary gesture.

There was constant drilling and noise, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the staff was not forthcoming with information, and I felt rushed when dealing with check-out times.

Wow, I accidentally booked a hotel mostly for the fabulous gentlemen! Plus, my room was delightful, and the quirky old elevator really set the mood. The friendly atmosphere made my stay pleasant.

However, there's no regular lobby, and try squeezing your luggage into that quaint elevator—good luck! Also, let’s just say breakfast times felt more like brunch hours.

Just one block away from the KaDeWe department store, we had easy access to fashion and local culture.

The squeaky parquet flooring could be a minor annoyance for light sleepers.

Well, lemme tell ya, that ol’ lift was a real charmer! My room had good ol’ sunlight pourin’ in through them big windows. Felt right cozy. Breakfast? Oh boy, it was a spread fit for kings, with goodies layin’ out till 4PM. I coulda used a bit more shelf space though, but I reckon that’s nitpickin'.

our suite was spacious with lots of natural light, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by miroto. the staff was super friendly and professional, making our stay even better.

Loved the free coffee shop and flat-screen TV, but the lift was a bit cramped.

We had a fantastic stay with our pets. The location was super convenient, just minutes from the metro. The rooms were charming and bright with cool decor, making our family feel right at home. The afternoon tea was a delightful bonus!

My kids wished for better bathroom privacy.

The comfortable bed made for a restful night despite the nearby club noise, which was manageable. The thoughtful afternoon tea added a nice touch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only downside was the unstaffed reception, which made check-in a bit tricky, but the overall experience was delightful.

I really loved how my room had those huge windows that let in tons of sunlight. A cozy couch that made relaxing easy. There’s free coffee and tea after breakfast, and I found the common areas to be great for kicking back too. The bathroom setup was a bit unusual since the sink isn’t in there, but it didn’t spoil the fun. 👍

The breakfast? Delicious, with a solid variety of breads, cheeses, and meats. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

The shower design could be better. it’s easy to make a mess of the bathroom. Also, maybe offer firmer pillows for better neck support.
