We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and were impressed with the service. When we arrived earlier than check-in, they accommodated us and allowed us to leave our bags on the day of checkout. The staff even gathered our belongings and had them ready for us when we returned. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a metro station just around the corner. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. I highly recommend Hostal Besaya for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

It was conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. it was a wonderful stay.

There really isn't much to dislike about this hotel. If I had to mention something, it would be the size of the toilet and sink in the room.

The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished with great views of the city skyline. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the wifi is strong. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants offering discounts.
