During my recent business trip, I had a comfortable stay at a hotel in the heart of the CBD. the spacious rooms and the large bathrooms were definitely a highlight. the hotel's central location was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near popular shopping areas. Additionally, I enjoyed the resort-like experience by lounging by the pool and soaking up some sun.

There were a couple of drawbacks that I encountered during my stay. the check-in process was quite frustrating, with long queues and a lack of efficient staff.

Great location with nearby shopping, dining, and transportation options. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Some staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with quality amenities. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great location in the heart of the shopping area, close to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Roomy and well-equipped with a clean and spacious bathroom. Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Yummy breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly staff at Swissotel made our stay memorable. They greeted us with a smile and took care of our luggage. The reception staff were helpful and provided excellent customer service. The room we stayed in was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, which catered to all dietary requirements. our experience at Swissotel was amazing and we will definitely recommend it to others.

We had to go across the road late at night to purchase drinking water. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not sufficient, making it uncomfortable to sleep at times.

The room was spacious and well, decorated, with luxurious linen and a comfy bed. the breakfast selections were really good, and the premises were nice and clean. the view from the room was fantastic, offering a beautiful sight. the hotel is conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to walk to most city attractions and meetings. the exceptional service provided by the staff was also a highlight of my stay.

One of the main downsides was the noise coming from road construction. It was very intrusive, especially during the night, which made it difficult to sleep with fresh air.

We had a fantastic stay at Swissotel recently and were extremely impressed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the doorman who assisted with our luggage. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were delighted to be given a corner room on the 21st floor as requested. The room itself was spacious, featuring a big comfortable bed and modern, clean facilities. The highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast, with fresh and tasty offerings including made-to-order omelettes and even fresh honeycomb honey. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. our experience at Swissotel was exceptional, and we can't wait to return.
