This hotel had two great complementary facts: an excellent breakfast with healthy food options, and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help guests. the location was convenient, right off the highway and close to a Walmart and Arby's. the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay.

During our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Gretna, we had an incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When my husband accidentally misplaced his precious wedding band, the front desk staff immediately sprang into action. They conducted a thorough search of our room and the surrounding area, showing genuine concern for our loss. While we were unable to locate the ring at that time, we were pleasantly surprised when Shelly from the front desk called two days later with exciting news. Someone had found the ring in the parking lot and turned it in! Shelly and the manager, Lori, arranged for the ring to be sent to us without any additional cost. This act of kindness truly touched our hearts. We are forever grateful to the Holiday Inn Express in Gretna for their exceptional service.
