The location was fantastic and vibrant, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The spacious apartment on level 16 offered a stunning sea view with reliable security. The kitchen equipment and amenities were just adequate, though towels had to be washed and toiletries requested at reception. Despite noise from nearby construction and a slightly uncomfortable bed, the clean apartment with good air conditioning and laundry facilities made for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is very convenient, just across from the convention centre and near the tram station and local shops. The room amenities were great, everything from ironing facilities to an in-room safe. Plus, the balcony and garden furniture were perfect for relaxing outside. The staff were very friendly and always available to help.

Close to many different restaurants and bars, convenience stores, and a supermarket. Spacious with plenty of amenities. Perfect for my solo trip.

Epic grilled goodies at Koi Dining & Lounge Bar, plus top-notch bites at Manihani Indian Restaurant. the sea view from level 16 was a ripper, and the pool and spa were spot on for chilling.

Had a bit of a wait for the lift on the 10th floor and some construction noise, but nothing a bit of Gold Coast charm couldn't overshadow, right? Cheers to a bonzer time!

We had a fantastic stay at Synergy Broadbeach - Official. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The heated pool and spa were a highlight, providing hours of enjoyment for the whole family. We also appreciated the convenience of the carpark, eliminating the stress of finding a spot. we had a great experience at Synergy Broadbeach - Official and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an excellent Xmas break at this hotel. Great amenities with complimentary parking and BBQ facilities. Perfect location with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. the unit we stayed in had fantastic views and a comfortable living area.

The hotel has limited office hours and numerous rules that were difficult to follow. the housekeeping staff did not always replenish items after cleaning, such as garbage bags and laundry detergent.
