The rooftop bar - I felt on top of the world while sipping my cocktail and enjoying live music. It was like being in my own little paradise, a vibrant, toe-tapping oasis amidst the calmness of Orange.

Noise disturbances at night.

Enjoyed free access to leisure centre and dining at Diggers Bar and Grill. Great central location for both work and leisure. Loved the wide wine selection at the bar. Attended a wonderful private event in the colonial town. Hotel conveniently close to shops, but beware the surprise bathroom floor fountain.

I felt like I was on a slip and slide in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is superb, with convenient access to town restaurants and parking right behind the centre of town. the cleanliness and privacy of the room were exceptional. the staff were efficient and accommodating, ensuring a quick and hassle-free check-in process.

Hard to think of anything.

Our family had a lovely Thanksgiving stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary coffee and pastries on Thanksgiving morning. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was well-furnished and had a spacious bathroom.

The dining options at the hotel were not up to our expectations. the breakfast was expensive and lacked variety.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of town. It is close to the main shopping area, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings and super comfy bedding. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities, such as a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas.

There were instances where noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, particularly late at night, which could disrupt a peaceful sleep.

The room we stayed in at Mercure was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom. Despite a minor issue with the water pressure in the shower, our overall experience was great. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding vineyards and the buffet breakfast at the nearby RSL club was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
