We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The pool was a great bonus too. it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The apartment was well-equipped and had a small balcony overlooking the pool. The location was convenient, with restaurants, shops, and the beach just a short walk away. The pool and under cover parking were great additions to our stay. Keith and Alison were excellent hosts, quickly resolving any issues we had. We would definitely return.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well appointed and had everything I needed. Lastly, the location of the hotel was unbeatable. It was situated right on the esplanade, with Snapper Rocks beach just a stone's throw away. The short walk to Kirra shops was also a bonus. I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic time staying at The Bay 23 on the Gold Coast. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the management was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax. it was a wonderful experience.

There were some issues with the management's behavior towards guests in other reviews.

Stayed here for Easter with my family. Loved the spacious apartments and the quiet location - felt like a local. Pool and BBQ facilities were great. Also enjoyed the fact that it was just a short walk to the beach and town center.

The step at the entrance of the kitchen and bathroom was dangerous - tripped multiple times and almost injured myself. No milk in the room as stated.
