had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in ubud. rooms were spacious, bathrooms were huge and staff were friendly and helpful. loved the comfort of the bedroom and the amazing shower. spa treatments were also top-notch. exceeded my expectations, will definitely return.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is in the centre of everything. You can easily walk to many sights, including the market. The room is amazing, with a large bathroom that has both a bath and separate shower. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is made to order and delicious. There are also great facilities, such as a swimming pool and a roof terrace.

The pool is a bit small.

Our room was amazing, clean, and had a beautiful view of the pool. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the live music in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here! We loved how it was situated near the city centre but in a less crowded area, so we could still enjoy some peace and quiet. The service was exceptional, from room service, to dry cleaning, to 24-hour room service, everything was taken care of. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with shops and commercial services nearby and even medical facilities available if needed. We especially appreciated the balcony in our room, where we could sit and enjoy the view with a cup of tea or coffee from the mini-bar. The staff was helpful and welcoming, especially the staff in the dining restaurant who took the time to ensure we had special diet menus available. The leisure spa and wellness centre was superb, and we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool.

The hotel had a lovely rooftop area where they offered complimentary afternoon tea every day. It was a great perk and the views were stunning during both sunsets and early mornings. the staff were also very warm and helpful in giving recommendations for the nearby surroundings, which was extremely useful. Lastly, the hotel was located in a prime area with a variety of restaurants and shops around.

The breakfast spread was also quite limited, although it was basic and edible. Lastly, the rooms were not sound-proof enough as noise from the pool and breakfast area could be heard early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in the heart of everything. the Village Hotel is set on well-maintained grounds with a calming water feature that made me feel like I was in the middle of the jungle. the pool area was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a private balcony which I loved. the breakfast options were delicious and the rooftop bar was a great bonus. I also appreciated the free towels and access to the gym.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of Ubud. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the cafes, restaurants, and shops in the bustling area. Despite the increased traffic in Ubud, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful oasis. Our room was tranquil and offered a beautiful view of the pool surrounded by greenery. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Desi from the front desk, were exceptional and provided excellent service. We were even treated to a great Junior suite, a birthday cake, and a lovely stay. We can't wait for our paths to cross again.

The rooms were dark and lacked natural daylight, requiring lights to be on during the day. the breakfast was average and did not offer much variety.
