The doors in the room were showing their age, often coming off their tracks and proving difficult to shift.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful grounds where we saw a variety of wildlife, making it a peaceful getaway. the room was tastefully decorated and had great facilities including amenities with a lovely fragrance. Staff were attentive and the breakfast provided was wonderful with perfect quality.

Although the majority of staff were polite and helpful, the reception lacked assistance with taking luggage to rooms resulting in having to carry heavy luggage around. It would have been better if the shuttle bus service ran every 2 hours instead of every 4 hours, as transport to town was inconvenient.

the hotel's stunning entrance and lush rainforest surroundings transported me to a world away from the hustle and bustle. the well-maintained property offered countless opportunities for exploration, with nearby walking tracks and access to the beach. the warm temperature of the pool was a delightful surprise, and the spacious and clean room provided all the necessary amenities, including a washing facility, coffee machine, and smart TV. the restaurant was a standout, offering delicious and high-quality food, complemented by the friendly staff.
