the place was super clean and spacious. it’s close to the railway line and a quick walk to the trendy west end. the location is perfect for exploring! the team here was amazing too. they helped me find a room last minute when i had a little emergency.

the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Southbank area, with easy access to restaurants and cultural venues. the air conditioning unit had some issues, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

I appreciated the spacious apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for our family. the location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to QPAC. the WiFi was poor, and the remote control didn't work.

I absolutely loved the stylish and contemporary decorations throughout the hotel, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. the easy access to nearby attractions like the amazing galleries and performing arts center made exploring the area so enjoyable for seniors like myself.

The children working there could improve customer support greatly.

the service from Jhimmy at Reception was exceptional, and we were impressed by the well-equipped room amenities, including the ironing facilities and free Wi-Fi. the outdoor swimming pool created a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day exploring.

the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the vibrant area with shops and sights. the large, clean rooms offered all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine. the kind staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us transition smoothly from a studio to a two-bedroom apartment. it felt like a home away from home, and the kids enjoyed it too.

Great location, near restaurants and QPAC. Comfortable beds, nicely presented rooms. Excellent soundproofing, peaceful atmosphere. Close to South Bank and West End. Clean apartment, friendly staff, convenient bottle shop. Easy access to city and sporting venues.

First off, the location was a major win. I loved being super close to the Southbank shops and the cultural center – it made walking around really convenient. Plus, the size of the kitchen and the little sitting area with a 2-seater dining table was great for what I needed. But man, the bed situation was a real bummer. It dipped in the middle so much that I felt like I was rolling into my travel buddy all night. And the pillows? They were about as supportive as a wet sponge. I had to stuff them under my head just to get some comfort! I also ran into an issue with parking. They said it was available, but it felt a bit like playing a game of luck. We got a spot when we arrived, but that might just have been fortunate timing. Finding any street parking was out of the question. Now, about the beds – if you think you’re getting standard singles, think again. The two single beds in the studio were tiny, and for my companion who found it hard to navigate being on a narrow bed, it turned into quite a hassle until we managed to push it against the wall. Who wants to risk a fall when all you want is a good night's sleep? When it came to amenities, I was left wanting a bit more. The bathroom could've used some extra care – a few cleaning details were overlooked, like some toothpaste stains on the mirror and generally murky glass. Just felt like the place could use a spruce-up. And, honestly, they probably should have that bottled water or at least some decent coffee compared to that sad instant variety you sometimes find. I also had a bit of a scare when I realized I couldn’t reach anyone on the emergency line. It felt isolating, especially when we needed more keys since we had two rooms but didn’t get them. And let me tell you, trying to coordinate family in different rooms in a strange place is no easy task! I dealt with some noise from Peel Street at night, too. The sliding glass door to the balcony was a neat idea, but opened the floodgates for sounds and smells, so keeping it closed was a must. Ironically, just the night before I was set to check in, I received an email saying the pool was under renovation. Really! ? I only saw the notice when I was already at the airport! They offered cancellation, but when I tried to go that route, they still charged me for my first night. Not cool when you're stranded without accommodations, and I had to scramble to find a new place. All in all, while the location and size felt like a win, the disappointments in service, cleanliness, and amenities made it less enjoyable than it should have been.
