The Gold Lounge experience at Fairmont was absolute perfection. Noor and Louise provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was impeccable. From happy hour to breakfast, they exceeded our expectations. The Gold Suite was beautifully decorated and the soak tub was a luxurious touch. We will definitely be returning for another memorable stay.

The rooms were spotless and bathrooms tidy. The shower was great. Staff were friendly. Food at the restaurants was delicious. Excellent overall.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious and had recent renovations. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. the lobby bar was a nice spot to relax and have drinks.

The hotel had a lot of problems with their fire sensors and parking. We encountered awful issues while parking and the maintenance team was called to fix the fire sensor in our room.

The location of the hotel is perfect with Union Station and metro right next door, making it convenient for getting around the city. The lobby is spacious and offers multiple restaurant options. The newly renovated rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as essential oil pods in the showers. The staff is courteous and helpful, providing exceptional service. Guests also have access to the Gold Lounge, which offers a nicely arranged breakfast and evening canapés.

The hotel's bars downstairs can get quite crowded, making it difficult to find seating for two.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern decoration and luxurious bedding. the breakfast included was amazing, with a view of the lake from the dining room. the hotel's location was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities.

The elevators were constantly busy and we had to wait for a long time. the table and chair in the room were cramped next to the mini bar and TV, making it difficult to work comfortably.

It was these extra gestures that really made our stay memorable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance, making exploring the city a breeze.

it was nearly impossible to find seating at any of the bars downstairs, especially on a busy Saturday night. the pool water was not warm enough for our liking, which took away from the overall relaxation experience.

Recently stayed at Fairmont Royal York for a weekend getaway. The Gold Experience rooms were peaceful and quiet with a designated lounge. The service was phenomenal, with a welcoming attitude from the staff. The hotel was beautifully clean, with spacious rooms and tidy bathrooms. The food at the hotel restaurants was delicious. an excellent hotel experience.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage and body wraps, while the heated swimming pool had sun loungers for leisure. the restaurant provided in-room breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a snack bar. the gold experience rooms were great and had a wonderful spa lounge, and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the hotel's central location allowed us to explore the city with ease.

The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the table and chair located next to the mini bar and TV. This small area was cramped, and it would have been more comfortable if the mini bar was located elsewhere.
