The location of the apartment is great, close to shops and not far from theme parks. The air conditioning in the apartment is excellent and the coffee shops nearby are convenient. The apartment is also very quiet, which is a rare find on the Gold Coast.

The cleanliness of the apartment was an issue, with previous tenants leaving cigarette butts and hair in the apartment.
