i had an amazing time at colmslie, the staff, especially arabella, were so friendly and welcoming. the room was comfy, the bed perfect, and the undercover parking was convenient. being close to family made commuting easy. the location was ideal, not too far from the city and near great dining spots in the east.

I selected this hotel for a networking event due to its conducive environment for boardroom meetings, presentations, and seminars. the staff efficiently catered to our needs, ensuring a smooth and professional atmosphere throughout.

Late-night arrival, hungry for brekkie. Room lacked a toaster, so $6.50 toast. Friendly staff! Arranged two rooms together for my family—I'm a happy camper! Late check-out confusion but an overall thumbs up—especially for the brekky and service. Lost my blazer but team went above and beyond—found my ear pod too! Outstanding service! Great bacon & eggs, perfect cappuccino. Terrific spot, will return when in town—top-notch hospitality!

Comfortable bed, nice teas, close parking, attached restaurant and bar, close to shopping and fuel, 5 minutes from Gateway bridge.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The room and bathroom were well equipped, and despite being located in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. Ate at the bar and had a good experience. Convenient and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had everything we needed, including a restaurant and bar, and the amenities were top-notch. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we appreciated the option of in-room dining. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The rooms were very spacious and well-maintained, with a big bathroom, comfortable bed, and superb lighting. the meal variety was outstanding, with the chefs delivering substantial, well-prepared, and superbly presented dishes. the location was quite central, providing easy access to essential areas for instance shopping spots and multiple places to visit.

A few things I disliked, including the lack of sports channels in the room and a TV defect on spots all over the screen, which we reported to the reception to no effect. the restaurant assistance started magically but abruptly went downhill as soon as they delivered our orders.
