The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. There are also several restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The lift area is easily accessible and the staff are attentive and courteous. Additionally, the hotel boasts a peaceful Japanese garden which adds to the overall ambiance.

Some guests have mentioned issues with faulty swipe cards, which can be inconvenient.

The staff at Mgallery were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated their prompt response when I called for extra towels and assistance with my bins. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation options. I had a wonderful experience at Mgallery and would highly recommend it to others seeking a pleasant stay in Melbourne.

Spacious junior suite with clean facilities. Individually wrapped cutlery and crockery. Comfy bed and great spa for two people. Private courtyard a pleasant surprise. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Can't wait to return.

Amazing new year's experience! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Loved the complementary champagne and breakfast in bed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Another plus was the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The noise from the street, but that's to be expected with such a central location. The room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still comfortable.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that has exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities and the spa & wellness centre are top-notch. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Furthermore, the sun terrace and sun loungers are great spots to enjoy a fabulous view.

The service stops at 11 pm, which was a minor issue. However, I must highlight how incredible the staff was during my stay.
