The spacious suite was perfect for our large family, with clean rooms and luxurious bathrooms for the kids to enjoy. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and even offered the kids a glass of champagne, which they loved! the pool was a hit for the whole family, providing a fun and relaxing time after a day of exploring Melbourne.

For dads, it would be great to have a kids' club or designated children's play area for more organized entertainment options.

The indoor swimming pool was a highlight. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the pool was even better than in the photos. Can't wait to go back! .

i chose the hotel for the location, perfect for exploring. como provided very comfortable beds, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. a wide array of amenities within walking distance make it an ideal spot. also, the king spa suite was impressively spacious, with a luxurious spa tub.

Jaw, dropping location with SUPER FRIENDLY staff. Rooms are top, notch, with comfy beds and huge spa baths. Ideal for coffee meet, ups, shopping, and relaxation! .

Sausage at breakfast wasn't tasty.

The lift area is easily accessible and the staff are attentive and courteous. Additionally, the hotel boasts a peaceful Japanese garden which adds to the overall ambiance.

Some guests have mentioned issues with faulty swipe cards, which can be inconvenient.

Amazing new year's experience! the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Loved the complementary champagne and breakfast in bed. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Another plus was the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The noise from the street, but that's to be expected with such a central location. the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still comfortable.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that has exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities and the spa & wellness centre are top-notch. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the sun terrace and sun loungers are great spots to enjoy a fabulous view.
