The staff was great and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast experience was not satisfactory. the restaurant was often crowded, with insufficient tables and slow cleaning service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the monorail stop right next to it, making it easy to explore the city in a short amount of time. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and accommodating. Additionally, the view of the Petronas Towers from the hotel was breathtaking. The breakfast spread provided was also great, offering a variety of options to start the day.

I recently stayed at a hotel in KL for a one-night relaxing sleep before a road trip. The bed at Renaissance was clean and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The air-conditioner was silent and efficient. The receptionist impressed me by preparing a breakfast package for my early check-out. Additionally, the location was convenient for jogging near KLCC, and the pressure shower in the room was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with all the worthy landmarks within walking distance. We were able to easily visit the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its wide selection. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a great view of the towers. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a monorail station and a free city bus stop, making transportation a breeze.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fantastic hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and transportation was a breeze, with the monorail station just across the street and taxis readily available. We enjoyed the short walk to the twin towers and the easy access to the sky train. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide selection of Asian and traditional/American style food. The location of the hotel is great, and the swimming pool is nice. We also had a good stay in a comfortable room. The standout experience for us was the service of the Club Lounge team, particularly Meor, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with his kindness and genuine care. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room in the East wing had a great view of the iconic towers. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a nice swimming pool, a large gym, and two outdoor tennis courts. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the KLCC and Petronas Towers, and the first stop of the KL hop-on-hop-off bus tour was conveniently located across the road at the matic. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel.

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. From the grandeur of the ground floor to the glamorous reception area and gorgeous orchid floral arrangement, the hotel exudes luxury and elegance. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The room was well-equipped and spacious, with great lighting, a comfortable bed, and a good working thermostat. The bathroom had amazing lighting and was thoughtfully designed. The hotel's location was also excellent, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and conveniently located near transportation options. The staff, especially Dimitra in the lounge and her ample staff, as well as Shashank, were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety and was of high quality.
