The staff was great and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast experience was not satisfactory. the restaurant was often crowded, with insufficient tables and slow cleaning service.

The staff at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre were very welcoming and professional. They took great care of us, especially as guests with children.

I recently stayed at a hotel in KL for a one-night relaxing sleep before a road trip. The bed at Renaissance was clean and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The air-conditioner was silent and efficient. The receptionist impressed me by preparing a breakfast package for my early check-out. Additionally, the location was convenient for jogging near KLCC, and the pressure shower in the room was amazing.

Service was inconsistent, with missed room cleanings and delayed delivery of requested items. The quality of the bathrobe provided was lower than expected.

The location was perfect for my needs, as it was just a block away from the monorail station, making it easy to get to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing pool and gym. The breakfast options were plentiful, and I especially enjoyed the Club-lounge services, where I could enjoy complimentary drinks and delicious food. The hotel even made my room ready before check-in, which was a great gesture. Special shoutout to the waiter Mahin in the R club, whose service was exceptional and truly showcased the meaning of customer experience.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the iconic Twin Towers and easy access to transportation. There are several supermarkets and dining options nearby. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city skyline. The staff gave exceptional service and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering both local and international cuisine.

The decor in the hotel is a bit dated.

Perfect location, spacious room, great view of Petronas towers, comfortable bed, nice pool area, grand entrances.
