The convenience of the shuttle bus was a bonus, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that the sun loungers were not the most comfortable. a perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation with stunning views.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! The views of the volcano were breathtaking and the terrace was perfect for breakfast with gorgeous scenery. The spacious rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and informative. The location was great, with a short walk uphill back to the hotel. Our favorite part was the pool area, never too crowded. The hotel minibus was available and a reliable service.

The room we stayed in didn't have curtains, which was unsettling for our privacy. the walk up the steps can be tiring and difficult for anyone with reduced mobility.
