The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently near the train station, making it easy to catch trains to Rome. Additionally, it is in the heart of the historic city center, allowing for easy access to attractions such as the Gregorian Villa and Villa d'Este.

Loved my room, had a Junior Suite. Dinner in the dining room was great, thanks to Natalie for the service. Friendly 24-hour concierge service. No early check-in but they took our luggage. Quick check-in and helpful staff. Superb airconditioning in the room. Everything you need, including dressing gowns and pillow menu. Classic style and furnishings. Quiet room on top floor. Good-sized bathroom with amenities. Room serviced daily. Would stay again. Convenient location near free trams and train station. A beautiful hotel to stay in.

I had the most magical stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Harry Potter themed suite, making my visit to this city even more memorable. The food from room service was fantastic and reasonably priced compared to local restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a tram stop just a minute away, making transportation easy. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Luxurious Stay in a Historic Hotel We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, surrounded by old, world charm and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and elegant, complete with high ceilings and luxurious furnishings. the hotel staff were incredibly attentive, catering to our every need. the private facilities were exceptional, with a well, stocked minibar and special diet menus available.

The hotel is excellently located with easy access to restaurants on Collins St or the theatre we went to, shops, parks, and museums, perfect for Fitzroy fans. We walked comfortably into the CBD and found plenty of great restaurants along the way. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and we enjoyed the classic and charming ambiance of the hotel. The heritage of the building is fascinating, and the staff is very welcoming.

Although the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the cricketers arm pub staff seemed understaffed, making the area a bit frustrating for both staff and guests.
