Had a fantastic stay by the waterfall! LOVED the rooms with balconies. the outdoor dining area was perfect. Would definitely choose this place again. the swimming pool is even better in person!

Hotel breakfast could use more variety.

the pools were amazing, a mix of heated ones; just lounging there made me so happy. Only hiccup was the AUD 200 pre-authorised payment; kinda annoying it hasn't been returned even after a week, but didn't really affect our awesome time there! 🌴.

Convenient location near the river with nice walks and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. Small carparking space, but manageable. Access to heated pool was a hit with my grand daughter. a pleasant stay with all the comforts of home.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right opposite the river and so close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great pool and games room for the kids to enjoy. The staff were welcoming and provided great service from the moment I booked. The apartment had all the amenities I needed and was spacious and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and pay attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Had a Christmas holiday with my family in a well-located resort. the pool was large and many people enjoyed it- it was definitely the central attraction. There were lovely gardens that offered a lot of relaxation opportunities with a holiday atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made everything easier. There were facilities ideal to accommodate families and anyone looking for a self-contained holiday.

Some of the rooms were outdated, and one had a broken/dated bathroom drawer and cooking draw fell on the floor if you weren’t careful when opening d. the service was not up to scratch, and there were not enough staff to accommodate the high volume of people, which led to delayed services.

The resort was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The spacious accommodation with on-site parking was a great convenience. The resort also had fantastic facilities, including multiple pools and spas that were well-maintained.

There were just a couple of minor things that we didn't particularly like about the resort. some areas of the villa could use a fresh coat of paint.

The villa I stayed in was spacious and provided the privacy I needed. The resort facilities, including the gym, games room, and tennis courts, were top-notch. And let's not forget the fantastic pool that my whole family enjoyed! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we had to change our dates last minute. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful family vacation.
