I had a fantastic stay here. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered free parking and a shuttle service to the port for day trips to the islands. Breakfast was good and it was convenient to have a good restaurant just a 10-minute walk away towards the city center.

We stayed at this place for one night and it was very convenient for our ferry trip to the Aeolian Islands the next morning. The hotel is located close to the port and the ferry terminal, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided free shuttle service to and from the dock.

The hotel was conveniently located near the port and offered free shuttle service. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious, modern and impeccably clean. the breakfast was good and served on the outdoor terrace. the parking facility was a bonus for those travelling by car.

The hotel was a bit far from the main town center. However, there were taxis available for those who don't prefer to walk.

Nice facilities, including restaurant and shuttle to/from port. Great service from check-in staff. Manager personally dropped off and picked us up for ferry. Convenient location for Stromboli ferry. Family room was very nice. Good breakfast. Short drive to "La Piscina di Venera" natural pool.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern rooms at this hotel. The showers were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the receptionist who not only allowed us to leave our car at the hotel while we went to the islands, but also drove us to the port and even let us pay for the room when we returned. Talk about exceptional service! The free parking was also a plus.
