The National Hotel surprised us with beautiful heritage rooms, comfy and private. Close to attractions, live music, and delicious food. noisy on weekends. Bar staff need better training, but staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some issues, overall a lovely stay with a great vibe in a perfect location.

Highly recommend this hotel. Lovely old school architecture with attention to detail in the renovations. Staff went above and beyond. Rooms finished to a high standard with great amenities. Enjoyed sunset drinks on the rooftop. Noise was not an issue, earplugs provided just in case. Perfect location near shops and restaurants. Delicious food and friendly restaurant staff. Courteous and helpful receptionist. Saved us when our taxi was cancelled multiple times. Thank you!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Fremantle and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient to explore the Cappuccino strip, marina, and other attractions in the city. Despite my initial concern about the hotel's appearance, the rooms were actually really cozy and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided. I also appreciated the large and clean rooms that were nicely styled.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level during closing time at the pub downstairs.

The hotel had a great rooftop bar with fantastic views of the city. They provided earplugs for the noisy location. the location was in the heart of the city and near many attractions.

The price was too high for the room. the restaurant had a limited menu and the portion sizes were small.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant city! The attention to detail is impressive, from the ornate old school architecture to the luxurious bathrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs, and the location couldn't be better - right in the center of town, close to all the restaurants and bars. We loved the nice views from our room, and the breakfast was simply divine.

No complaints at all, everything was absolutely perfect.
