The location is ideal, with the beach just across the road. the corner patio with plantation shutters opened offers a relaxing atmosphere. the day spa now uses Phytomer products, adding a touch of luxury. the staff, particularly Cedric and Michelle, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy the fantastic pool and delightful sunrise yoga sessions.

There were instance of insufficient staffing leading to occasional service delays.

I absolutely adored the charming décor of the hotel with its delightful shell art and tropical-style lobby. the general areas were easily accessible for us seniors, allowing us to relax and enjoy the splendid views of the Coral Sea.

Improvement for a better vacation for senior people: More seating areas for us in the lobby.

The view from our beachfront room was absolutely breathtaking, like a watercolor painting come to life. Sipping cocktails on our verandah swing felt like being in our own romantic movie, with the Coral Sea as our stunning backdrop.

Although the bed was a bit too hard for my preference, the hotel quickly provided a firmer pillow upon request. The quality Appelles toiletries added a luxurious touch to the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the esplanade opposite the beach and towards the northern end of the cove. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the large swimming pool for adults only. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely outdoor setting. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel like part of their family.

Location and design are the best aspects of this hotel. It is close to the beach and has a beautiful tropical design that really creates a holiday vibe. the pool area is great and really adds to the overall experience. the hotel also offers complementary drinks, which is a nice touch.

The worst aspects of this hotel are the rooms and facilities. the rooms are in desperate need of an update and could use a deeper cleaning.

Beautiful ocean view from the suite. Comfy king bed with lovely linen and pillows. Enjoyed the relaxing spa bath daily. Helpful staff made our honeymoon memorable. Great food at the restaurant. Extended our stay because it was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Reef House. The room was comfortable and fully functional, with a nice balcony for relaxing. The highlight, however, was the exquisite beach view breakfasts. Sitting on the east-facing deck, watching the sunrise through the palms, made for an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for a tropical escape.
