I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the tranquil Hunter Valley. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. The room was fab, recently updated, and had a glorious view of the valley. The bathroom was functional, although it could have been cleaner. The service was efficient and friendly, despite renovations in the reception area. The grounds were immaculate, offering a peaceful retreat. the hotel had a bar and restaurant, providing high-quality meals and a strong list of local wines.

The breakfast options could have been better, with limited choices for vegans and vegetarians.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the hotel bar and lounge area was absolutely stunning with a cozy fireplace and games for guests to enjoy. The pool was large and perfectly heated, and the views from the hotel were simply amazing. The king beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. I also appreciated the 11am check-out time and the shared deck outside our rooms. I had a most comfortable and relaxing stay at Voco Kirkton Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

As young people, we loved the stunning views from our balcony and the beautiful scenery around the property. The staff were friendly and the rooms were quiet and well-kept. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service and the fast delivery of our wine.

The service and amenities exceeded my expectations - the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all fantastic. Plus, the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance provided made exploring the nearby attractions a breeze. The room itself had all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, and the staff at the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were always accommodating and friendly.

This place is definitely family-friendly, so I would highly recommend it to families looking for a fun vacation spot.

The beautiful gardens and picturesque views of the valley were a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities including a pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts, and a gym, providing plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The staff were also very welcoming and provided helpful information about the local area.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few negative aspects to note. Some rooms had minor maintenance issues, such as squeaky doors and floorboards, which detracted from the overall experience.
