My stay at the Strand Hotel in Sydney was quite pleasant. the friendly staff and comfy bed made up for the noise from the busy street outside. the lack of elevators was a minor inconvenience, but the exceptional customer service and cozy breakfast offerings made it a memorable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this hotel; the staff, especially Gloria and Ruben, were welcoming and attentive. the complimentary breakfast spread offered a variety of options like green juices, pastries, and yogurt parfaits. the rooftop bar provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind, and the reading room was a nice touch. the location was convenient, close to everything I needed.

One minor downside was the street noise, but that's quite common in Sydney, so it didn't bother us much. a fantastic experience at this hotel, with only a couple of small details that could be improved, like ensuring the floors are thoroughly cleaned and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to maintain the premium image of the hotel.

The French-inspired five-course menu made my taste buds dance gracefully. the rooftop was a charming escape, even if locals almost crashed my party vibes. The vibrant mix of textures in the Bistro was more captivating than my awkward attempt at mingling with the art crowd. Cons: Traffic noise serenaded me to sleep every night, just what every tired traveler dreams of.

At my go-to spot, the staff found my forgotten hairbrush first time. Spot-on place for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Flat-screen TV, Cots, Air conditioning. I return for weekend rendezvous.

Woke up to a symphony of city sounds in my cozy room. Luxurious linens made me sleep like a rock. Communal lounge had delicious delights to fuel my day. Polite staff and a lovely library vibe. Couldn't resist the handmade chocolate and handwritten note! Bathroom was spotless, but walls in need of a fresh coat. Unexpected blast of cold aircon, but still a top-notch stay! My suitcase found its spot, despite the lack of drawers. Until next time, pinky promise we'll meet again!

Location - Being on the edge of Surrey Hills was a blessing in disguise. It felt like I was in the heart of the action without the chaos.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young French lady. They provided little extras like bathrobes and slippers. the hotel bar and restaurant had a classy ambiance. the room was clean with a walk-in shower, and the bags were carried up to our room before check-in.

The room overlooked a busy street, causing significant traffic noise. the design of the room was poor, with a cramped bathroom and sharp bed frame corners.

Just stayed at a cozy hotel in the city center, close to everything we needed. LOVED the chilled vibe in the bistro downstairs. Would totally pick this spot again. the room was better than in photos!

The database was incredibly user-friendly with a seamless search function and detailed results. the ability to filter by various categories made finding specific information a breeze.

The database did not have an option to save favorite searches for easy access in the future. It would have been helpful to have this feature to speed up the research process.
