We had a super weekend celebrating my husband's 40th birthday at the hotel. The staff were lovely and even dressed our table for his birthday with a cake on a slate that said "Happy Birthday". The food was wonderful and the bedrooms were clean. Our spa treatments were enjoyable, although my back massage was a bit harder than I had requested. The hotel is beautiful and the treatment rooms were top-notch. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. the staff were professional and helpful. the restaurant provided excellent food and service. the breakfast was very good. the fitness center and spa facilities were excellent. the hotel had a convenient location.

The air conditioning in the rooms was always turned to too high a temperature. the cost of food in the restaurant was overpriced and the quality didn't justify the cost.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Norwich and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities, especially the spa and leisure center, were top-notch and allowed for a truly relaxing experience. I particularly enjoyed indulging in the delicious scones during afternoon tea. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the presence of flies in the restaurant and the placement of rooms near loud golfers, I still had a pleasant stay and would certainly visit again. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The hotel had a fantastic location by large grounds for golf, yet it was only a 20-minute drive from the city center. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with tidy accommodations and plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-out when I had to navigate my way back to the car with all my belongings. The breakfast was delicious, and parking was readily available, which was a great convenience.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a card in our room wishing us a happy anniversary, along with best wishes from reception and the restaurant. The food was exceptional, and we were especially impressed with the breakfast that was cooked to order. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries and bottled water. The location was stunning, and the staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. a great stay with great staff and outstanding food!

The spacious junior suite had a large comfortable bed and plenty of seating. The bathroom was well-lit with a separate bath and shower, and bathrobes were provided. The hotel had excellent spa facilities with friendly and calming staff. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive and went above and beyond to provide great service. The breakfast and afternoon cream tea were delicious, with handmade treats and attention to detail.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful layout and a lovely view of the tennis courts. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant was simply delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the Valentine's afternoon tea, which was not only tasty but beautifully presented. The whole experience of our stay was truly enjoyable, and we even had the chance to visit the nearby Goat Shed Farm Shop, which was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough about our stay at Barnham Broom Hotel - it was a delightful experience from beginning to end.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent hotel facilities. The parking space was ample, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I want to give a special shoutout to Emily Copeland, the Wedding Coordinator, who went above and beyond to help us on the day of the wedding. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax, and the roaring fire was perfect for cozying up with friends. One staff member who stood out was Marcie, an American lady who provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. this hotel provided a perfect break with excellent staff and experiences.
