the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the area. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to various eateries and close to public transport and popular attractions.

After a tiring day chasing penguins and battling bedtime tantrums, it felt like a victory to sink into a King-sized bed that didn't creak like a haunted house! the spa bath was a sweet reward for my sunburned surfer muscles. the staff showed up with true Aussie kindness—and thank goodness for that, considering my chaotic late-night arrival mix-up. I might've fallen asleep before finishing my takeaway breakfast, but the memory of their empathy lingers. Cheers to a quirky stay with a side of sore laughs.

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms with old country style decor, lively music at breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location with onsite bistro and cafe for easy dining.

Despite this, the rooms were lovely and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with several takeaway options just across the street. Additionally, the hotel had a bistro and cafe with an extensive menu, including woodfired pizzas.

There were some issues during my stay at this hotel. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, causing a delay in getting my room key, and I was unable to enjoy the dinner sitting as a result.

The free chocolates in the room were a nice touch, and the Easter egg hunt organized by the hotel added to the holiday spirit. the hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center and a few restaurants, making it easy to get what you need without having to go far. We also appreciated the option to have our laundry done for free, saving us the trouble of finding a laundromat nearby.

The room was far from clean. the sheets and towels had obvious stains on them, and the bathroom was not up to standard.
