The staff at Concept Royal are extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I especially loved the free coffee from the self-serve machine at the reception. The location of the hotel is also great, with road works in progress but not causing any noise disruptions. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was generous and freshly prepared. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent Easter at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the kind and attentive staff. They were willing to accommodate the needs of English, Greek, and Bulgarian speakers. Another positive aspect was the suite we got, which was much bigger than expected. It had AC in both bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family of four. we appreciated the free street parking with security cameras that seemed to be monitored.

Our experience was also marred by some negative aspects. We had a terrible experience with the air conditioning in the room.
