I had a great stay at a charming hotel just outside the city. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel special. the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel had a lovely garden and a cozy lounge. a pleasant experience.

My stay at Caistor Hall was absolutely delightful. The decor was visually stunning, with a perfect blend of period and contemporary furniture that added character to the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

While the bathroom was a bit small and the pillows flattened too quickly, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall wonderful stay.

The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the hotel facilities including the Whiskey Library, the beautiful garden where we enjoyed drinks, and the friendly staff who were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location on the outskirts of the city was also lovely.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and coolness of our standard king room at Caistor Hall. The high ceilings provided a comfortable atmosphere during the summer weather. While the decor was a bit odd with a mix of antique-style furniture and modern bedside lamps, the room had a certain charm. The four-poster bed, although a little creaky, was impressive to look at. Unfortunately, the pillows were not up to par.

The shower room, on the other hand, was modern and well-maintained. However, there was a lack of space for toiletries both by the basin and in the shower.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect - nestled in a beautiful garden on the outskirts of a vibrant city. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, with a special mention to Becky and Michelle who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with lovely walk-in showers and air conditioning units that kept us cool during the heatwave. And let's not forget the breakfast! Not only was the food delicious, but they even offered extra toast at the end. great value for money and attention to detail.

During my recent city trip, I had a pleasant stay in a charming manor house hotel. the staff were amazing, always courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed. the location was great, with ample grounds to stroll around and close proximity to local attractions. the breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the locally sourced produce and freshly baked goods.

The hot water took a while to filter through the taps and the temperature was inconsistent. my room was next to the rooftop heating units, which made some noise throughout the night.

The ambiance of the hotel was simply superb, with beautifully designed gardens and reception rooms that immediately made me feel at home. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Though there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the inconvenient secondary driveway entrance not being properly signposted for the hotel, overall, my stay at this delightful hotel was truly memorable. The attention to detail, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service left a lasting impression on me.
